"return was fine, just a little slow"
i had to send back a jacket because the size didn’t work for me. the return form was easy to fill out, and the label showed up quickly. the refund took a little longer than i was hoping, but it did come through without any issues. customer service got back to me the next day when i had a question. not perfect, but a okay experience overall.

They got back to me really quickly and everything was super easy, which I appreciated because I was trying to sort it out between errands and making lunch. No hassle at all from start to finish

"Fast delivery, but terrible packaging and no clear responsibility"
My order showed up quickly, so I’ll give them that, but the packaging was awful. The box was half open when it arrived, and the item inside barely had any protection. I’m lucky it didn’t end up broken. What made it more frustrating is that it wasn’t really clear who was supposed to take responsibility for the poor packaging, the seller, the warehouse, or the delivery company. For the price, I expected a lot more care. Not a great experience overall

"Pretty easy to use, thankfully"
I’m usually quick to get annoyed by messy websites, but this one was surprisingly easy to get around. The categories made sense, the filters actually worked, and checkout didn’t drag on forever. I also liked that the product pages had the info I needed without a bunch of unnecessary clutter. I kept expecting something to be frustrating, but it was a smooth experience and I didn’t run into any problems.

I ordered some running gear from privatesportshop.com while I was kind of in a rush, so I really appreciated that the tracking was simple to follow. They sent me the email with the link, and I could quickly check where the package was without digging around too much.
The delivery was pretty much on time, maybe a day later than expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. Everything showed up in good condition and the items were exactly what I ordered. Overall, no hassle, and I’d use them again.

"Seems legit, but not totally perfect"
I ordered a pair of running shoes and they seem authentic to me, the tags and box were included, and the price was good. I was feeling a bit mentally drained by the time they arrived because the delivery took longer than expected, and the packaging looked kind of old, so I wasn’t 100% sure at first. But overall, the shoes look fine and seem legit.

"Be careful if you need a refund"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering: my refund took forever to get sorted. Support did keep replying, so it wasn’t like they completely disappeared, but nothing actually got fixed for weeks. It was really frustrating having to keep following up with no real progress

"I ordered two running tops and a pair..."
I ordered two running tops and a pair of shorts from privatesportshop.com, but what showed up was disappointing... one of the tops was the wrong size, and the shorts were a completely different color from what I chose.
I double-checked my order confirmation and everything on my end was correct, so it definitely wasn’t a mistake I made. Customer service asked me to send photos, which I did, but then the replies were really slow... like I was just left waiting around.
In the end, I had to send the items back and wait even longer to get it sorted. It was a frustrating experience overall, their order accuracy doesn’t seem great.

They do have a decent range of sports gear, and some nice brands too, but, a lot of the time, the size or color I want isn’t there. I still check it every now and then, just in case, but I don’t always end up finding what I need.

"Shipping felt fair to me"

This looked decent in the pictures, but once it showed up, it just felt cheap. The stitching was loose, the material felt cheap, and overall it just didn’t feel like good quality at all. I used it once and it already looked worn out, which is frustrating. For the price, I really expected better. Just disappointing, really disappointing.

I’ve ordered a few things from Private Sport Shop, and sometimes the prices really are good, especially if you’re looking at older gear or past-season stuff. I’m always a bit wary with discount sites because I don’t want to feel like I’m being fooled by a big percentage off that isn’t actually that special.
There have been times where the deal looked great at first, but once delivery was added, it didn’t feel like such a bargain anymore. I’d still say it’s worth checking, but I usually compare the final price elsewhere before buying
